Powers: Madame Rouge could stretch any part of her body to incredible lengths, and could reshape her facial features to disguise herself.History: Young actress Laura DeMillie's career was ruined by a car accident that left her mentally unbalanced. Her schizophrenia attracted the attention of the sinister Brain and Monsieur Mallah. They used a ray device to suppress the positive side of her personality and unleash the evil half, which was named Madame Rogue. Together they formed the Brotherhood of Evil.

(Doom Patrol I #90) - Madame Rouge gained super-powers after undergoing an experimental procedure performed by Brain and Mallah. She caused a series of disasters; a dam break, a mine cave-in and a ship fire. Each time she waited for the Doom Patrol to arrive, and disguised herself as one of them, attempting to infiltrate and destroy the team. In the end she was discovered, and forced to flee back to the Brotherhood.
(Doom Patrol I #93) - Madame Rouge passed herself off as a genetic scientist named Dr. Wilder, and convinced Robotman that he could have his brain transplanted into a cloned body. Instead she had the Brain transplanted into Robotman's body. The Brotherhood and the DP squared off, and when the battle went in the Doom Patrol's favor Madame Rouge helped her team escape by snagging a ride on a low flying airplane.
(Doom Patrol I #96, 97) -
(Doom Patrol I #104) - Rouge disguised herself as Mneto and attacked the DP, provoking them to wreck Mento's home. The Brotherhood then launched an attack on the DP, but were defeated.
Madame Rogue fell in love with the Doom Patrol's leader, Chief, and he eventually succeeded in restoring her original personality. The Brotherhood disapproved, and reversed the process. In a fit of rage, Madame Rouge destroyed the Brotherhood's French headquarters and fled. She later joined up with General Zahl and captured the Doom Patrol. The killed Elasti-Girl, and the remaining injured members of the Patrol went missing for a number of years.
Rouge and Zahl made a bid to conquer the small country of Zandia, but the Teen Titans and a new Brotherhood of Evil defeated them. Elasti-Girl's adopted son Changeling accidentally knocked her into some machinery that electrocuted her. Madame Rouge died repenting her actions.
